MTO Rogue 25. 180 total rivets on the front, back, and zipper.

To ensure perfect spacing throughout the bag, I counted the stitches and divided by the number of total rivets the client purchased. I would count 3 stitches and place a rivet on the fourth for accuracy.

a smooth finish by day and some sparkle by night
I met Tiffany and her aunts and customized multiple handbags and hangtags for them over the course of two days. Within this time we connected due to our mutual love for leather, she later had this to say.

I met Zion when I was getting my bag personalized at the Coach store in NY. I fell head over heels for a re-loved, one of a kind bag. It reminded me of my Dad who passed away in so many ways, and brought me to tears. I wanted to add a few more touches to the bag to make it my “mine”. Besides having compassion, he understood what a sentimental connection I had to this bag. He has a great eye for placement and design and he helped me to figure out what would look best. It was awesome to see how Zion’s heart transfers into his work and it made my experience something I will never forget.

Tidbits about my connection with Coach clients
I will always be grateful for the opportunity Coach provides me to continuously meet and connect with people from around the world every day. This is a rare opportunity in which I’ve been able to benefit from listening to minor suggestions to massive recommendations about Coaches product and designs. I’ve heard suggestions like the company selling feet for the workshop to implement separately on bags or that we should have astrology based monogram stamps, which amazingly came to fruition! I also get to notice minor things such as clients visiting from South America tend to purchase certain styles compared to maybe clients from Asia, who also tend to gravitate towards their own preferences which speaks to their regions style and fashion. I am afforded endless chances to get a taste of cultures from around the world but more specifically I get an insight into what the Coach clients want from various age ranges and an array of cultural backgrounds.
I am constantly amazed at how I have so much common ground between myself and the array of people I meet. Lately my most rewarding interactions have come from my new found ability to speak Spanish after a year of teaching myself. Speaking Spanish has broadened my ability to communicate and has expanded the range of people with whom I can connect with.
